1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjwine ("we", "us", "the Platform", "jjwine") governing your access to and use of the jjwine website located at jjwine.net and all associated services, products, game offerings, betting markets, and features (collectively, the "Services"). 2 Eligibility

Access to and use of jjwine is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jjwine or have had a jjwine account closed for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

To access jjwine's full range of gaming and betting services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all jjwine accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active jjwine account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jjwine uses sophisticated duplicate account detection systems and will close all accounts found to be in breach of this rule. Any bonus funds, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times throughout your account's existence. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwine login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jjwine will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Currency

jjwine accounts support Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as the primary fiat currency. USDT (TRC-20) is also supported as a deposit and withdrawal method. All bonus calculations, wagering requirements, and transaction minimums expressed in PKR apply proportionally to USDT balances at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jjwine operates under an international gaming licence that mandates rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and may be required to complete verification at any point during their account activity.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

jjwine currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC-20. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the jjwine cashier at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on jjwine is Rs 500 for all PKR payment methods. USDT minimum deposits are equivalent to approximately Rs 500 at the prevailing rate. jjwine does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. USDT TRC-20 withdrawals are processed after one TRON network confirmation. jjwine reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. jjwine will not process withdrawals until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jjwine offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 or older only.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• jjwine reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by the player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting game weightings, or coordinating play with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap stated in the promotion-specific terms.

jjwine's VIP programme operates on a tiered structure from Bronze through to Platinum. VIP tier benefits, including enhanced withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers, and personalised bonus offers, are governed by the VIP programme terms communicated to players upon VIP tier advancement.

7 Games & Betting Rules

All games available on jjwine — including slots, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, fishing games, and the Dreams of Macao Asian gaming lobby — are subject to the individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review these rules before playing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwine platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one jjwine account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jjwine games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are void.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee profit through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction through jjwine that is associated with criminal activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions imposed by jjwine.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider without first exhausting jjwine's internal dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jjwine staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

jjwine is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously as both a licence condition and a genuine ethical commitment.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwine platform — including but not limited to the jjwine logo, brand name, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of jjwine or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwine platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jjwine content without prior written consent from jjwine.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwine's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to jjwine in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — even if jjwine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jjwine does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond jjwine's reasonable control.

12 Privacy & Data

jjwine collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and jjwine. By using the platform, you consent to jjwine's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjwine uses industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, encrypted data storage, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. KYC documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

jjwine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that prevent jjwine from continuing to serve players in your jurisdiction.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, jjwine will return any verified balance remaining in your account after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements. Accounts closed for breach of Terms may have balances forfeited at jjwine's discretion in accordance with applicable law.

14 Disputes

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of your jjwine experience — including a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other matter — you must first contact jjwine support at [email protected] and allow jjwine a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter through its internal dispute resolution process.

jjwine will acknowledge all formal disputes within 2 business days and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 business days of receiving all necessary information. In cases of particular complexity, jjwine will notify you if additional time is required.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first exhausting jjwine's internal dispute resolution process. Initiating a chargeback without doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and legal action.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jjwine may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of jjwine following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jjwine holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through jjwine's internal dispute resolution process or the designated independent dispute resolution body.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jjwine's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
